Frequently asked questions about purchasing, production, and delivery of Hellrasher products.

How are the products made?

Hellrasher merchandise is produced using the print-on-demand method only after an order is placed. Production and part of the logistics are handled by verified manufacturing partners through the Printify platform. Therefore, individual items in a single order may arrive in separate shipments.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes several business days. The actual time depends on the product, variant, manufacturer, and current workload. Production time is added to shipping time.

Where do you deliver, and how long does shipping take?

Available countries, shipping costs, and estimated delivery will be shown at checkout based on your address and cart contents. The time is an estimate; holidays, customs procedures, or the carrier may affect it. Details can be found in the Shipping Policy.

How do I check the status of my shipment?

After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if provided by the carrier. For multiple shipments, you may receive multiple emails.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please write as soon as possible to obchod@hellrasher.cz and include your order number. Once handed over for production, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

How do I choose the right size?

Refer to the size chart for the specific product. Dimensions may vary between products and manufacturers. If you are in doubt between two sizes, compare the dimensions with clothing you normally wear.

What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout, you can use secure payment methods processed through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Currently available options will be displayed before completing your order.

Can I return goods?

The consumer has rights according to applicable legal regulations. Conditions, deadlines, and exceptions are listed in the Refund Policy. An exception may particularly apply to goods customized according to the customer's personal wishes.

What if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Contact us without undue delay at obchod@hellrasher.cz. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the entire product, the defect, and the packaging. The procedure can be found on the Complaints page.

Is Printify the seller?

No. Your contractual partner and seller is REGENT GENIUS s.r.o. Printify serves as a technological and production platform; always address customer requests with us.
